We had a service call today on a 12 year old ac just to see if we needed any preemptive care before the season starts - The technician was there on time with a text and tracker to prepare for appointment - within 45 min he checked out both units, showed us and replaced a bad part without any hype or up sell like Parker - he will have us as long time customers!
