The bridge to Way Cool is personal. Juan Morales has been turning wrenches in the Valley for decades — he's worked HVAC, plumbing, and home performance across multiple companies and built a reputation among customers and other tradesmen alike. His son, JeanCarlo "Oso" Morales, is Way Cool's Marketing Coordinator. When the time came to bring UFirst under a larger operational umbrella, the Morales connection made it a natural family fit rather than a corporate transaction.
