AC & Heating

Heat Pumps — Our Specialty
Heat pumps are central to the energy-efficiency play. Modern variable-speed heat pumps move 3–4 units of heat for every unit of electricity, which makes them dramatically more efficient than gas furnaces or electric resistance strip heat.
Conversions. Replacing an aging gas furnace with a heat pump cuts your heating cost and your home's carbon footprint. APS and SRP both offer rebates for these conversions — we handle the paperwork.
Repair and service. Heat pumps need annual maintenance to hit rated lifespan. We service all major brands (Mitsubishi, Daikin, Trane, Carrier, American Standard).
Cold-climate heat pumps. Modern cold-climate heat pumps work down to -15°F. Phoenix doesn't get that cold — heat pumps are a clear win here.
Energy Efficiency & Building Envelope
Half the time the reason your house is uncomfortable isn't the HVAC system — it's the building envelope wasting what the system produces. Most West Valley homes built before 2010 leak 20–30% of their HVAC capacity through duct gaps and attic penetrations.
Energy audits. Blower-door tests and duct-leakage diagnostics to find where your conditioned air is actually going.
Duct sealing. Aeroseal and mastic sealing with verified before-and-after performance numbers.
Insulation upgrades. Most West Valley attics are under-insulated by current code — your AC is fighting that gap every August day.
APS and SRP rebate assistance. We're familiar with the residential rebate programs and handle the paperwork so the rebate actually shows up on your bill.
